Calculate the Piece size:

Simply think about what area you would like to cover.  Also think about any additional areas such as anchor lockers, storage areas, heads, engine compartments, ski lockers.  Add up the sizes and fit them to a single L x W dimension, such as a piece that is say 6 feet wide X 7 feet long.  Your piece will ship to you ready for you to cut, trim and just lay into place.  It is simple!

To figure out how much PVC marine flooring you will need, take a good look at what exactly you wish to cover.  You can purchase the material and cut and trim it as you need to.  Keep in mind, you may want enough material to line some storage areas or an anchor locker.

Cut to size template:

  • By making a template out of 6 mil thick clear plastic, or some other material, you can make a perfect cutout of carpet to fit your boat yourself!  Again, working with our material is so easy, it really is a simple DIY project for you!
